Gas hob safety cover ?

I have a Neff gas hob cooker and wondered if anybody could advise me if there is some sort of fitting (anti-tilt) that will fit over the existing burners in order to make the pans more stable. If not doe's anybody know what they are called ?

In what way are they not stable ?

Sometimes with saucepans ( particulary alumimium ones ) the base can become convex ( bowed outwards ) leading to it being unstable - one solution to this is to turn the saucepan upside down on a flat surface and using a lump hammmer and a block of wood beat the base until it is flat.
