cheap accomodation in london / close to victoria station

hi there - i need to go to london for a night or 2 ? what is the best option for me?

travel wise and accomodation wise.
just need a decent place to stay? i don't want to spend an arm and a leg of course...

some advice from someone who knows london would be much appreciated.. i'v been told the place i need to go 2 is about 2 bus stops away from victoria station..

These 2 are worth looking at I don't know if they have one at Victoria but they have several in London and it won't be too far to travel on the underground.

If you go on TripAdvisor site you can select the area of London where you want to find hotels - can also specify star rating and read reviews by travellers who have stayed there.
Or check out www.laterooms.com for last minute bargains.
Try Days Inn too. They are good and quite cheap too. Just round the corner from Victoria Station.
