Access lane

I own a piece of land that has a private access right of way up though the middle of the land. I would like to move the access over to the left 10 ft against the boundry hedge,4 poeple have access over the land 3 said that is fine 1 man said he won't agree to use the new bit of road (access) unless i give him thr land that the rihgt of is over, what can i do?
