Does anyone have any knowledge on contract law?
I am in a situation with work (NHS) and need to speak to someone who has experience or knowledge.
The union rep (UNISON) is useless.

as an aside, contact your union office directly for advice. As proven in govt, an elected official may not have the skills for the job.
