Nice idea Spudmuffa, but I understand that pigeon sheds need planning permission, given the health and safety implications and potential for neighbours to complain.
I suggest a small conservatory, which has the added advantage of allowing the squatter to see who is knocking* at the door, should a visitor come calling, perchance.
*Or ringing, should one stretch to the luxury of a doorbell.
