Can anyone tell me how to clean ingrained in baby milk from a suede jacket.

Take it to the dry cleaners and tell them what the stain is. You'd probably make it worse trying to do it yourself.

Well... I am not going to pretend that cleaning your own leather is a good idea. If you don't want to create a bigger issue with your leathers or furs you should have them professionally cleaned.
