boundry fences

my neighdoors house which backs onto mine was built after mine. the builders put up a boundry fence. it has since rotted and blown down,my neighboor will not accept responsability for the fence and will not do anything about it leaving my back garden open and insercure.his dog keeps wandering into my garden and attacks my dog and children.

Then put your own fence up.

You are both responsible for keeping your dogs within your own property though
