Once again this year our Bizzie Lizzies are failing. I love them which is why we keep trying.Every one around us seems to have no poblems I don't know what we are doing wrong. We have them in pots and have also tried them in hanging baskets with the same result. They just seem to wither and die. Can any one give us any tips - I always thought that they were easy to grow.

Everytime a flower dies off remove it quickly and that encorourages new flower growth, make sure compost is moist , not soaking wet..i am hopeless with most plants but im ok with impatiens(bizzie lizzies) good luck : )

Busy lizzies and begonias I can grow, it's all the other bedding plants I have trouble with, so I tend to stick to what does well for me.
I'd just like to add to the other good advice and say, give them plenty of organic matter and an occaisional sprincling of pelleted fertiliser like 'Growmore' and water in the early morning before the sun gets too strong and try to avoid getting water on the petals, which can spoil them.
