Concrete paving slabs - how much do they weigh???

Does anyone have any idea how much a 2' x 2' concrete paving slab would weigh (I assume it's 2" thick)?

The reason I ask is that I am supposed to be collecting 2 slabs this size and eleven (11) slightly smaller at 2' x 18", in a Vauxhall Astra Estate and need to calculate the overall load weight!!! I personally reckon I should make two journeys to avoid damaging the suspension!

Concrete has a density of around 150lbs per cubic foot........so...
one large slab =2*2*1/6*150 = 100lbs

The smaller ones will weigh 75lbs each.

If you don't know the load rating of your car, just think that a 10 stone person weighs 140lb (approx 2 smaller slabs), so the two big ones plus two small ones would equal two 10 stone bodies. Definitely sounds like two trips - don't forget to keep them well forward, not right at the back.
