ants and slugs coming in house

i am being plagued by ants coming into the house, also slugs are coming in due to the next door neighbours veg garden, any tips of getting rid of the ants and slugs thnx

Ants - buy Ant Stop! Bait Station. There are two in a pack. They are round plastic and you break off little tabs which gives the ants access to the poison which they then take back to the nest which kills them all off.
Slugs - the only thing I could do when I had slugs was to try to catch them in the middle of the night (if I got up to go to the loo I'd pop downstairs) and pick them up.

Just use ant powder (The powders are better than the sprays) and slug pellets!!

Try the bait stations as spudqueen says, I think they are new, I know nothing about them!!

For ants i use dethlac (got rid of them in my kitchen last year!) if you can find the nest (and its outside) boiling water and bleach should do the trick! My friend did use those bait stations in her kitchen and she said they were fantastic so may be worth a try. Ive not tried those myself.

For slugs - Trap them using containers in the ground that have some beer in! theyre attracted to the yeast! or empty grapefruit halves outside the door.
