is there still a shortage does anyone know?

Apparently, there's a shortage of the wood the panels are made of, (so they say), which in turn has pushed the prices sky high. and even if the shortage stops, bet your life the prices won't come down.

in certain parts of the country there is still a shortage, the problem as already mentioned is that all the raw material timber is being exported directly to china.

i own a fencing company and there is another 10% price increase happening on the 1st of july.

i am quite lucky because i source my timber from a private farm and i can compete with anybody on stock and price.
