Speedo needle moves erratically

When sat at lights and junctions and just as i am about to set off the speedo needle jumps up to around 90 - 100mph mark hovers a little and returns to normal. At the same time the radio volume goes up and down. This is combined with a slight but noticable dip in revs Does anybody know the possible causes of this?

I am not sure if it's linked but i have had to replace a lot of tail light bulbs since i have had the car. The cigarette lighters front and rear don't work and the switch for one of the electric windows had to be replaced recently.

My car is 2002 ford focus 1.6 zetec.

i would guess the problem is an electrical fault but i wouldn't know where to start to sort it out.
