Kitchen Hot Water Tap Pressure

Our kitchen sink's hot tap only trickles the water and has done for quite a few months now. When its used, it's weak for about 30 seconds then the water just drips. Our other taps are ok, its just this one with the problem? Any ideas what it could be? Im sick of boiling the kettle to wash up! Thanks

If the tap seems to be operating correctly it sounds like a blockage of some variety.
