Here in the U.S., the material will cost about $2.00 USD (you do the conversion to Pounds) per square foot (depending on complexity of the design) and a good tradesman will charge nearly $3.00 to $4.00 USD per square foot to install. Keep in mind, the preparation of the underlayment (floor or wall) can have a startling effect on the total cost. For example, the floor should be covered by a cement board of some kind that is glued and screwed to the existing subfloor. If the subfloor isn't sound, some or all of that would have to be replaced, severely , increasing the costs. You have about 144 square feet so that will be reasonably expensive, overall... I just finished one about that size and tiled the floor myself (had previous experience) but it still cost about $4.00 per square foot over all... of course my labor was free, so to speak...
