Anyone ever used this service which claims to :remove all moss etc from thr roof tiles by pressure washing and then treating with \wverlastung paint -comes with a ten-year warranty ?

Never heard ot it but it sounds like one of these too good to be true schemes.
Any warranty is only as good (or as bad) as the company behind it - so ask them if their warranty is via an insurance-backed scheme and if so who the insurer is. Otherwise the 'warranty' is only useful if the company stays in business - ask them how long they have been in business.
Pressure washing a roof is not a good practice - likelihood of water getting under the tiles - I trust your felt below is in good nick. Otherwise water is going to come in.
Painting roof tiles? - have you seen what the product looks like 'in the flesh'.
