BT Broadband Hub DElivery Problem

HI, Has anybody experienced the problem with BT equipment delivery recently? Had to take 5 days off work as was told every day "it would definately arrive tomorrow", and guess what?
Delivery vehicle broke down every day! THis is modern BT for you. I can understand 1 day, 2 , but five???

P.S I sent the complaint with the amount of phone calls and the logged times to their Press Office asking to pass it on to their Customer Services Director, this seemed to move them quicker!!
