yeah that`ll be a great help if you could thelewisgang, been trying to work it out for few days now.
thanx very much
right, I've had a look & theres a 'catch' that you flip open. First of all theres a 'button' which when pressed in releases the bottle & just by this button theres a flip open catch but you can only open in one way, so if you find it & it doesn't open, then try the other way. (just to add, I never used to buy the expensive flash stuff once it ran out, I just released the top of the bottle & refilled it with diluted floor cleaner!!). Do hope this helps. I probably still have the leaflet that came with it if you want me to send it on to you but obviously I'd have to have a look to make sure I've still got it & secondly I guess its not a good idea to give addresses out on here but then you could give me your email address? anyway, have a try at what I've said & if no joy, get back to me. good luck!

hi, thanx a all your help but it still dont work. seems like the mop is a completly sealed unit. im just thinking is there a older model n a newer one, n maybe i have the older one. do u think i could have? i`ve had it for abt 4years now. n thanx 4 the tip on the flash spray i do buy the expensive stuff but will try the other way, would save me loads of money.
mine is also about 3 years old so I would have thought they would have been the same. did you locate the button for releasing the bottle? haven't had a chance to look to see if I have the instruction leaflet but will do that tomorrow & post back with my email address if thats any good for you. I'll check your posting again as for some reason I'm not receiving email notification when you post an answer. bye for now
