I myself never beleived in such things but once when i was 21or 22 i'm 26 now i got into a fight with a boy at uni . The same night me and my mate went out for a chill and boy did i get one , the boy that i got into a fight with had a couple of older brothers who had some rough mates, now they happened to drive past . Where we were walkin there was a park next to us called green head park which went along the road it was massive quite dense with trees, bushes and lots of path ways . we jumped in between bush and a tennis court fence we heard the car reverse up, and the ***** jump out . they looked for us like mad but to our joy didnt find us and oh yeah it was about 12.45 midnight i can remember the time exactly coz they looked around for us for quite some time and i looked at my watch. The boys started to leave so we was still sat in the bush just makin sure every one left when in the distance along the path i saw a figure must been hundred 150 yrds away ,the path ways are lit up by lamps so i looked around thinking the boys are still here. now when i turn round in the space of about 2 or 3 seconds the figure is about 70 yrds away ithought thats quick so started concentrating on what ever it was to describe what i saw it was like some one wearin arab kind of robes but the shoulders wernt movin up and down ,for some one runnin that fast i then thought it could be mosher on skate board all the time thinking in the back of my head it is a ghost but just trying to be rational. When it got less say about 35 yrds away it turned along the path so we could see its side view it had no feet it was just glidin along and a shadow head in whitish robes so the out line was humanoid but was very tall we must have stared at it for a good 20 to 30 seconds as it went across the path , what ever it was and it was not human it didnt know we were there , we ran like mad after it was out of sight so , i got to say seeing is believing . have u seen some thing ever ?

Interesting story. My local cemetery has an old part and a modern part. Naturally there are few visitors to the former as the graves there are so old. A relative of mine claims to have seem a man on horseback riding out of the gates of the old part in the early hours. Apparently the bottom part of the horses legs were missing.

I have to say this. Bubu, I hope you'd been out on the town when you wrote your account above because I find it scary that a Uni student has such poor grammar!

I've seen a lot of ghosts, which started manifesting when I was seven year's old. Unfortunately, you have to witness this with your own eyes before you believe in them - hence the logical, scientific, sensible and disbelieving answers you're going to get in reply to your question.

This subject facinates me, I have never seen a ghost nor do I want to, but I feel compeled to find one! Odd as that sounds!

My grandmother was very spiritual and has seen things in her life, she was a very lovely lady that also saw visions. she predicted out of the blue that me and my husband were getting marries as the day we got engaged, and before we announced it to my family, my granmother visioned a wedding cake full of fruit. My mother told me this when we announced it! How odd!

I believe in ghosts, but I also believe that a lot is a result of suggestiveness. I have looked at many ghosts on You Tube, but some are very false and I think it spoils it for the honest ones!
