Try a green pot scourer , with some Cif .
are there a lot of splashes? too many for your fingernail to scratch them off?

i cant use a scourer as it scratches the plastic and leaves it looking dull tried that!
might sound odd but try nail varnish remover
Try a plastic scraper, such as the ones that come with your freezer. Or an old credit card.
scothbrite pads. You can get them from b&q and i dont think they make the upvc go dull
How about white spirit? I don't think it dulls the glass ... I also think the scraper idea's a goodun ...
try cellulose thinners always works for me when i get paint where i shouldnt
I agree with queen 1954 - i used it at easter when I painted the house and got splashes on the window frames - just be careful not to rub it too hard or let it linger on the pvc for too long as it may 'lift' the colour
