Toadstools in garden and young kids.

I have been trawling the net to find information on how to get rid of toadstools which are growing on my lawn but I can only find the cause of the problem, not a remedy. Having read previous posts, I think I have found a product which I can hopefully buy but my question is, in the meantime, will raking the toadstools spread the spores, thus exacerbating the problem ? I am getting a bit anxious because I have young children and as the weather is still quite pleasant at the moment, they are playing in the garden and I am worried that they will find some and try to eat them. Obviously my kids are not left unattended but it is a possibility that they could pick tiny ones which I haven't noticed. Can anyone please tell me if armillatox is an effective remedy and if not, what other ways I could perhaps treat the problem?

Armillatox will kill off the Toadstools - saturate the whole lawn with the correct dilution - that will stop anymore coming up - it worked for me.
As for spreading the spores - didn't seem to matter wether - no more came up after the first treatment.

Apologies for the late reply but I didn't get an email notification until now and didn't realise that you actually answered this a few days ago. Your help is appreciated though and I will certainly give that a try then x
