floor tiling

HELP! Iam trying to tile my bathroom floor but without much success,as the tiles keep coming off.
The floor is chipboard,which i have sealed with PVA.
Anyone out there got any ideas?

Your probably using the wrong adhesive.

There is one that is solely for chipboard floors.

You CANNOT put a normal type floor adhesive to wood surfaces etc, IT WILL NOT TAKE/STICK
I had this problem in my bathroom... and when I got a tiler in he said there was too much spring in my floor... I would need a really good tile cement not just adhesive.. and also he recommended that he put down a layer of a type of chicken wire (is the only way to describe it) then cement over it... He guaranteed the tiles would not budge after that.. I saw this method done in a cafe next door to me.. so I know its something that they do...
