I have a cork tiled floor in my kitchen. Is it possible to lay vinyl flooring on top as I can't shift the tiles?

At least because they are cork you have a better chance of them not sweating owing to thier insulation value there insulation value, even though they are quite thin the cork is a very efficient insulater. I would leave them alone as long as they are clean and your not covering dirt.
