Bay Tree - yellow leaves

My bay tree also has yellow leaves. I read 'Sorrell's' question and 'Thuderbird's' answer and I am wondering when to apply the 'sequestrne' now or in the spring?

The yellow leaves are only on the uppermost branches could it have something to do with the wet summer we have had?

Different munufacturers instructions may vary on this but as far as i'm aware sequestrene is usually applied in the spring and summer
