What is this on my daughter's photo?

I have just noticed a funny mark on my daughter's photo as I was cleaning. It has never been there before and the only way I can describe it is a red and white coloured small lightbulb shape on her head, it is on her fringe. At first I thought there was something stuck to the picture but it won't come off. The photo is in a bedroom so there's nothing been spilt on it. Please does anyone have any idea what it could be I have heard of people's auras been shown on photos but don't really understand it

Is the picture a few years old? Sometimes pictures react to dampness, or sunlight, which can produce odd effects. Why don't you take it to a photographic studio to ask if they can tell you what's caused the mark?

hi naomi this picture is only around 9 months old and is simply a very small photo of my daughter which is displayed in a bedroom which couldn't have been caused by damp or sunlight but yes I think I might have to take it to a studio so thanks
