Iron-on mending tape for clothes

Does anybody know where I can buy on-line a small packet of dark coloured iron-on sticky mending tape to repair some fraying edges of the base of trousers which are rubbing on shoe heels? Can't seem to find it anywhere locally. Thanks..

Whoever, Try fabric glue. I use it for alterations and hemming curtain etc. From any haberdashery.
