I have been taking high strength Cod Liver Oil capsules and Evening Primrose Oil capsules for the past couple of weeks or so. Even though it's still early days, I have also noticed a lot of spots under my skin on my forehead which are not usually there. I wondered if it was down to the capsules too. I think I'll carry on taking them though and just see how it goes.
