Creaking pine bed

Does anyone know how to stop a pine bed creaking? Every move we make causes it to make a horrible creaking noise

If you can dismantle the bed then try rubbing something like candlewax on all the points where wood touches wood.

In light of Rekstout's response above, it occurs to me that it might make more sense were you to rub candlewax on all points where flesh touches flesh!
