does anybody else think question 5 is wrong

What is the question?

Write down a 10 digit number such that:

The first digit indicates the number of ones
The second " " " " " " twos
The third threes
and so on until the tenth indicates digit the number of zeros

if anybody is brilliant enough to work this one out my hat goes off to them.

Somewhere there are two answers to this question but so far have not been able to find them. Help please
