my yucca's are growing something weird in its pots

I just noticed that my yucca's are growing these little yellow shutes (kinda looks like tall mushrooms) everywhere in its pots, I have just noticed this in the last couple of days, they are not allatched to the yucca's themselves, are these new plants or are they fungus or something? Can anyone help me???

There were probably fungus spores in your compost and they've sprouted.

My yucca did an exact thing but it also has white dusty damp stuff all over the leaves! Did yours have this? I really do not know what it is they do not look healthy!!!
