hi can anyone explain why i have curly leaves on my tomato plants? I water them every 2 days and twice a week with a fertilizer they have flowers now but the leaves are all curly they are Money maker by name?
Sounds as tho you have some healthy tommies to me! The curley leaves tend to come when the plant is growing very strongly. You may be giving them too much fertilizer at this stage tho and they are growing a little too strongly and this will affect the crop. If they are outside, then nip the top off at 4 trusses - 5 max. Remove side shoots as they appear and lower leaves later on to help the fruit rippen.
thats great i got a bit worried will definitely slow down with the fertilizer though. You know i will be bothering you alot more with questions because i have an allotment and i have just started out....Watch this space...
