Sometimes I feel the same way as Zac. One gets a whole spread of question types on here - from the technically so obscure that it is deeply unlikely that anyone will be able to answer, to the other end of the sprectrum (and I am choosing my words carefully).
I'm all for teaching a man to fish rather than giving him fish every day, so I don't see an issue with this being raised. Since folks on here can clearly use the internet - otherwise they can't ask a question, it is a surprise to me that they either haven't herard of Google or know the simple ways to search.

Zacsmaster, your obviously offended by my last post, which is why I see you felt the need to reply to it not only once but twice!!!

My point was, is why do you have to be insulting to a genuine ab user with a genuine question? refering to them as lazy...maybe people are not aware of such search sites, you could have simply explained what to do rather than get funny about it. Just the type of ignoramous people dont need on here.
