Property Boundaries & Neighbours
2 Answers
My neighbour has done a huge amount of digging out in their garden, constantly changing decking and outbuildings - this is because they have to adapt the space for their son in a wheelchair.
The problem I have is, where they have been digging alongside my rear path, they have now dug into the foundations of my path, and my path is coming away. The fence posts and panels are now bowing and splitting as the post is pulling them over and also, I am losing both my pathway and the gravel on it.
They weren't aware of what they had done, and luckily, we are on good terms. However, I have pointed it out to them and said something must be done.
However, they have merely thrown some lumps of stone down and started to build yet another outbuilding in front of the panels.
The problem has not been addressed at all.
What would my next step be?
Many thanks
