angelica essential oil

is easily available on the internet but many retail suppliers will only supply qualified aromatherapists. Why is this - are there dangers to using this oil? In the past I have found that shampoos containing angelica are good for psoriasis but I can no longer find one in the shops.

Perhaps you should ask teh suppliers why they will only sell to qualified aromatherapists.
The book says it's an excellent tonic for the digestive system, helps with loss of appetite and is useful for digestive problems resulting from stress. It's also used as a detoxifier and diuretic, and a variety known as Dong Kwai can be used as an alternative to artificial hormones during the menopause.
