Hi, I have a small Hardy Palm Tree and it has started to get brown spots on the leaves, just wondered if anyone knew what this could be or what has caused it?

what type of palm is it?

it says Hardy Palm on the label and its only 22" high at mo

There are many hardy palms so not sure which you have. This could be one of many problems from simple watering issues, lack of feed to pest or disease attack. Some palms will just naturally get a leaf spotting caused by the weather conditions usually when too wet (as it has been of late).

Very hard to tell from cyber space but if you are able to post a good picture then I may be able to diagnose better.
