Feather Pillows

This may look like a stupid question, but indulge me, please. Can you wash feather pillows? And if so, what's the best way to do it?

If it's dust mite you're trying to get rid of, try putting them in the freezer compartment overnight...... this works a treat! If, on the other hand, if it's staining, then the only option would be to unpick a seam, empty out the feathers and wash the casings only. If I were you though I'd buy new ones as they seem to be cheaper to buy these days. Hope this helps!
