Electric usage

If you have an integrated fridge that goes under the worktop, and a separate freezer (one of those top opening freezers without drawers that is about the same size as the fridge) would this use double the amount of electricity as one of those tall fridge/freezers, assuming they are all AA rated?
Or would the saving on electric be minimal because the fridge freezer is so much bigger?
