how much discount ?

we brought our council falt 3 years ago and have to wait 5 years if we wish to sell without paying any discount back to the council but we want to sell next year . has any one sold at 4 years and how much roughly did you have to pay the council back ??

i have just looked this up in the right to buy book and if you sell during the 4th year two fifths must be repaid and during 5th year one fifth hope this helps

so how much will that be we paid 58,000 for the flat and had 30,000 discount ?? how much do we have to pay them back how much is 2 fiths and one fifth ???

one fifth of �30,000 if �6000 so if you sold in the 4th year i guess you would have to repay �12,000 which is two fifths of the discount
