buying/selling home quandry

I have paid a deposit on a very special house in the north. I have to exchange in 3 weeks and complete in april 2005. My current, more expensive, house is in a sought-after area of s wales but buyers are thin on the ground ,for obvious reasons. I am sure this house will sell and I am prepared to be sensible re price. Please advise me as I really do not want to lose the new house but I am no longer seeing things objectively

Try not to worry too much. You will definitely get a buyer since its in a sought-after area, but be prepared to go up to 5k lower. Don't do that yet though until you start getting offers for the house.Try to make sure it looks spacious, garden is cut and neat,everywhere's clean for viewing.
