Where can I buy (in shops, not online) mens jeans with a waist size of 28"? All the shops I've tried start at a size 30"

Nearly every shop I've ever bought jeans in start at 26". Have you tried Top Man, Burtons, Next etc.?

Go to the pub after work for a coule of weeks. Job done.

Matalan, Officer's Club. Both do 28" waists.

Try retail outlet places. They often have the sizes that can't be shifted elsewhere. And they also be cheap.

Try PRIMARK, they do many sizes (and the jeans are good quality but only cost a few quid). If you can't find the size you're looking for, ask.. as they may be temporarily out of stock.

Thanks folks. I eventually got a pair in D2 but now know of other places. I'll pass this info on to my male friend who can now do his own jeans shopping!
