I have a load of slack left over from previous coal in my bunker, it smokes too much if I put it on the fire (and won't burn), and at todays prices, it is too expensive to throw away. I want to make 'nuggets' out of it, but I have not had much success so far. Any ideas????

Mix 80% coal dust, 20% cement. Add water to get a still fairly dry mixture. Press into a mould, and leave for 24 hours or more.
