Water Pressure

I live in a ground floor flat and the hot water doesn't seem to run with anywhere near the pressure of the cold water.

Is this normal or potentially fixable?

My landlord is actually lovely, such a nice guy, just the flat is a bit on the old side. I am definitely paying for location lol :)

It's cosy though (well, maybe not th bathroom) and I like it.

you need a pump, they cost about �200(ish) but I don't know what's best or how much they cost to fit. maybe if you offered to buy it the landlord might pay to get it fitted. check with the plumber before you buy anything :o)

I love this site though don't venture in here too much, stick to things I know more about as you can probably gather from my wonderful lack of knowledge about all things boiler related!

I am liking the idea of hiding it in the neighbour's flat.....hmmmm......loads more storage space too....

I wonder if the fit boiler man who fixed our works boiler the other week is available for home visits......

I am not good with this kind of thing, I can do complex legal transactions but this is above me.

I got into terminology trouble this morning. Rang a client's daughter to leave her a voicemail to say I'd found a pair of glasses in a file her mum had given me.

Ended up having a complete blond moment and blathering on about the over the ear bits to try and describe them which everyone in the office was just killing themselves laughing!
