Attracting birds to the table/garden

I love feeding birds in my garden and enjoy watching them come and go. I put out peanuts, mixed seeds, niger seed, sunflower seeds, fat balls and suet blocks and my regular visitors are blue, coal and great tits, goldfinch, dunnocks, sparrows, blackbirds, robins, chaffinch, doves, wood pigeon and starlings.

I never had any goldfinch until I started to put niger seed out so I was wondering if there was anything else that I could put out to encourage other birds to visit?
I have quite a large and quiet garden and I am in Northern Ireland.

Any suggestions?
