Night Storage Heaters - Electromecanicos - Viveiro

I have two Night Storage Heaters in my flat with the words "Electromecanicos" and "Viveiro" on their badges.

They appear to be identical, yet the three dials on the sides of them both are ordered differently, although this could be because a previous tenant has maybe switched the plastic headers about.

In spite of this is even if I set both heaters to the same physical settings (be it full to the right, halfway, or full to the left) I get different heating results from them, and now the one in bedroom is barely getting warm.

The power switches for both are turned on.

On one of them the dials go (from top to bottom); Input, Output and Comfort, but dials on the other one go (from top to bottom); Output, Input and Comfort

I know how Input and Output works on these things, but no idea about Comfort.

Does anyone else have any of these who can help me please?

I'd like to know what order the dials should be in and what on earth Comfort does?

Thanks

Kaity

I can't give you an answer, but googling the two names brings up this.

There are some possible pictures to help in the area of page 22. By pressing the + button to zoom in you might be able to see. However the associated list of controls does not mention a comfort button.
Comfort generally means what it says, as in a comfortable temp so it should cycle around 18 to 20 degrees C
Top control is output
Middle is input
bottom control is automatic (comfort I think) hope this helps. Hope your cold is better soon.
