Do you know if i can take cuttings from CLEMATIS or JASMINE and grow them as you can from fuschias???

I haven't done cuttings of clematis and jasmine before so found these links for you. As you can see clematis cuttings are a bit fiddly but jasmine has always been easy for me.  I simply put 10 inch pieces in about 5 inches of water & hey presto  - they sprout roots. However I usually do this from spring to summer.
