cat in photograph

good afternoon, not sure whether this is the right place to post this but wanted to share it with you all.

I had bought a little christmas tree for my cat Tinkers garden which I created for him not long after he went to Rainbow Bridge in July. I wanted him to have something for christmas and hopefully the tree will thrive and continue to grow year after year.

anyway on Saturday I decided to take some photos of the tree on my phone and when I looked at them indoors, on two of them you can definately see my old cat sitting at the bottom of the tree. not a fully formed cat but you can see his face, eyes and ears.

I showed the pics to my husband and said tell me what you can see and he said theres a black cat in it.

I am thrilled, it tells me that he is still about keeping an eye on our new kitten and liked his pressie.

I dont think I am mad, although I think someone out there may disagree.

aaah thats lovely! Can I ask how long it was for you between Tinkers and your new kitten? Just as I want to get another one now and lost our Saff in August. We bought him a tree too!!! Cant remember the name of it but it should flower in the month of August!

Regardless of what the pic shows, if it helps you feel more settled about losing your cat then it doesnt matter what anyone else thinks really.

afcjan. There are more strange things in this world than we will ever understand. I'm sure the photo gives you comfort and pleasure. Sorry you lost Tinker, and you will have the joy of seeing his tree thrive.. I don't know where it came from, but as I was typing this, August, came into my mind. Is there something special about August, was it when you got your new kitten. Is your new kitten black? What is his/her name. Enjoy life with your new kitten, its fascinating watching them grow and developing their own character. Hugs. (i)
