How tall are leylandii allowed to grow before they are deemed a nuisance and how close can they be grown to a nighbour's property with respect to causing structral damage. Are there any regulations.

I believe regulations vary from area to area & in some newly built areas  you may not be allowed to plant them at all.  Check with your local council.

If you're anywhere near me I'll be round on a dark night with a saw!! :-)
