Wine making
2 Answers
I was watching an episode of - ' Entrada ' - Journeys in latin american cuisine ( hosted by the lovely Roanna ) .
Anyway I was amazed to see an item on a vineyard , where they were making wine by , by treading on the grapes to crush them
Given that the part of the human body that harbours the most germs is between the toes - ( quite apart from any cuts etc that people may have on their feet ) why is this
unhygienic method still adopted ?
ugh - enough to put to you off your chablis .
