black mould

over the past four months a bedroom in my cottage -
damp patches/running at times have appeared in the corner ceiling and the windows are wet and with black mould. windows are double glazed

you need to open windows or vents daily to dry off any overnight condensation, i get this to but not to the mould stage as i keep on top of any sign of this with a cheap (�1) mould remover spray,unfortunatly there's no way round this in some flats and houses unless you run a 24/7 de -humidifier which dries out the air to much for me and are not cheap to run i have one and its 500watts per hour
