In Spanish it means literally 'Great blood of a bull'. I think it is a red wine.
It is the brand name of a good-value and fruity wine (red) made by Vinedos Torres in the Penedes region of Spain. The main grapes used are the Garnacha and the Carinena, otherwise known as the Grenache and Carignan which are the mainstay of Cotes du Rhone - with which it is sometimes compared.
