How can I remove condensation from the inside of a sealed double glazed window

It sounds as though the seal between the two panes of glass has failed. You can not remove the condesation, the only solution is to renew the unit. Not the window but just the glass.

Yes, I fear the two previous posters are right. We had the same problem, called in the double glazing experts and this was the only solution. shop around and get a couple of quotes - in these difficult times there could be a wide disparity between prices. You could check whether your insurance company would cover it but I suspect they will claim it is normal wear and tear unless the windows are still under warranty, in which case the original installer should come and replace the panes.

As previously said...your sealed unit is scrap...the seal that surrounds the two pieces of glass has perished and allowed moisture to penetrate...

Why not try your local glass merchants...they should come out and measure up and make the unit up in no time...
If you measure it, and get it wrong , theres not a lot you can do with a mis-measured unit.
If you do get one of the big named companies out...I think you will pay more...
Glass is incredibly cheap to buy...what you are paying for is the labour...

This tends to happen more if the drainage channels at the base clog up and the base of the unit sits in water.
As others have pointed out, glass is cheap and you are paying for labour of the job. If you are prepared to remove the unit, take it down to a glazier who makes these things to copy the size, you will save a fortune - depends if you are able and willing to DIY.
